Purposes of processing — providing access to the Service and saving learning progress; — identifying the User and supporting the account; — processing orders, subscriptions and payments; — reviewing homework and providing feedback; — sending service and informational notifications; — supporting users and handling requests; — analysing and improving the Service and ensuring its security. 4. Legal basis Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent, to perform the agreement (the Public Offer / Terms) to which the User is a party, and on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interests and legal requirements. 5.
