Add the site to your phone
A Talkarabicnow icon on your home screen: the platform opens with one tap, like an app.
You do not need a separate App Store or Google Play app: the site installs to your home screen in half a minute. You get a Talkarabicnow icon — tap it and you are studying, no typing the address or hunting for the tab.
The video is coming soon — read the guide below for now
- 1The Talkarabicnow icon sits next to your regular apps.
- 2It launches full screen, with no browser address bar.
On iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open talkarabicnow.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen (on iPad — at the top).
- Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
- Tap “Add” — the Talkarabicnow icon appears on your home screen.
If you do not see “Add to Home Screen”, you probably opened the site outside Safari (for example, inside Instagram or Telegram). Copy the address, open Safari and try again.
On Android (Chrome)
- Open talkarabicnow.com in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Choose “Add to Home screen” (on some phones it says “Install app”).
- Confirm — the icon appears on your home screen.
Other browsers (Samsung Internet and the like) have a similar item in the same menu.
On a computer
In Chrome or Edge: the ⋮ menu → “Save and share” → “Create shortcut…” — and tick “Open as window”. The platform will launch from its own icon like a regular program.
Why bother
- The platform opens with one tap — no typing the address, no hunting for the tab.
- It launches full screen, without the browser address bar — it looks and behaves like a normal app.
- The icon is our fluffy red ع, easy to spot among the others.
- On Android, long-press the icon for quick actions: “Break down a video”, “Translator”, “Account”.
- You stay signed in: the same courses, dictionary and progress as in the browser.
If you added the shortcut earlier and it still opens with an address bar, delete it and add it again — the icon will refresh.
